Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Meridian first, then Boise, Eagle and Star, plus the rest of the Treasure Valley including Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Garden City, Middleton and nearby unincorporated Ada and Canyon County addresses.

Question 2

How do I get an estimate or consultation?

Accepted Answer

Send a request through the estimate form or call (208) 891-1890. We follow up with questions, then arrange an on-site visit to measure the room. Estimates are written after that visit, never over the phone.

Question 3

What bathroom services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Bathrooms only: full bathroom remodels, master and primary bathroom remodels, walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, curbless and accessible bathrooms, and custom tile and stone. We do not take kitchens, additions or whole-house work.

Question 4

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on scope and how much of the room changes. A straightforward tub-to-shower conversion is a shorter build than a full remodel that moves plumbing. We give a scheduled duration in the written estimate, and we tell you which stages depend on inspections or material lead times.

Question 5

Do bathroom remodels need a permit?

Accepted Answer

Work that alters plumbing, electrical or structure generally needs a permit from the authority having jurisdiction — the City of Meridian, the City of Boise, Eagle, Star or the county for unincorporated addresses. We identify permit-triggering work during scoping and confirm requirements with that authority before the build starts.

Question 6

Can I see examples of your work?

Accepted Answer

We publish project photography only with the homeowner's written permission, so this site shows the project types we build rather than a padded gallery. Ask at the estimate visit and we will show you recent Treasure Valley work in your project type.

Question 7

Do you work on residential or commercial bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Residential bathrooms in owner-occupied homes and rental properties. We are not set up for commercial restroom facilities.

Question 8

Is there a warranty on the work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our workmanship carries a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, tile and waterproofing products are separate and are passed through to you with the product documentation.

Question 9

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold Idaho contractor registration RCE-57919 and are bonded and insured. The registration number is on the written estimate so you can check it against the state register.

Question 10

What does the written estimate include, and what is excluded?

Accepted Answer

The estimate lists the scope line by line and states exclusions as plainly as inclusions — common exclusions are unknown conditions behind walls, hazardous material abatement, and work outside the bathroom. Nothing is left implied.

Question 11

Who chooses the tile, fixtures and finishes?

Accepted Answer

You do, with guidance. We give a selections list with deadlines, because a late selection is the most common cause of a stalled bathroom. Allowances are written into the estimate where a selection is not final at signing.

Question 12

What happens if something changes mid-project?

Accepted Answer

Any change to scope or price is written up as a change order and agreed with you before the work happens. We do not bill for changes that were not approved in writing.

Question 13

Who actually does the work — your crew or subcontractors?

Accepted Answer

Bathroom carpentry, waterproofing and tile are done by our own crew. Licensed plumbing and electrical trades are subcontracted to the same partners we use every week, and they are scheduled and supervised by us.

Question 14

How should I prepare for the build?

Accepted Answer

Clear the bathroom and the path to it, plan an alternative bathroom for the duration, and secure pets away from the work area. We protect floors along the route, contain dust at the doorway and clean the site at the end of each day.

Question 15

Do you publish pricing?

Accepted Answer

No. A responsible number requires seeing the specific room, so our guides explain what drives cost and we provide figures only after an on-site measure.
